Purchase case at the stage of depositing EOI
You are required to:
- passport copy
- EID (if you are a resident);
- full address , a valid phone number and mail - this is where the documents for signing will come, it is important to always have access to them.
We register you with the developer and make a reservation for the unit, you pay the EOI (Expression of Interest) fee to the DEVELOPER.
As a result, you are provided with an EOI payment document. And at the start of sales, you will already be provided with a ready-made booking form with a description of the unit and a payment plan
Next, you make an initial payment and DLD 4% is the only “tax” (a fee to the land department for registering a transaction) + a small fee due
You have all payment confirmations, signed booking form, payment plan (final offer) in your hands.
After the start of sales, the developer sends you a sale and purchase agreement (SPA - sales purchase agreement) You sign it and the developer sends it to the Land Department (DLD) for registration. Registration takes about a month.
Next, you will receive a copy of the signed and registered contract (as a rule, everything is online and via mail, OTP receives SMS to the number you specified during registration).
The next document you will receive when ready is the OQOOD (Property Document showing that the PrEP is registered and the tax has been paid).
Further, when ready, you will receive a new document of ownership - pre-title deed, upon payment of installments and upon completion of construction - title deed.
